GPM Pumping System's platforms are impervious to salt water. They are made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) & Stainless Steel construction. GPM designs pumping systems that can pump up to 12,000 GPM or 17.28 MGD in as little as 24" of water, or smaller pump systems, down to 14" of water. GPM Pumping Systems do not require a wet well or pump building. This feature saves $30 thousand to $3 million on installations.
We recommend using Simsite Pumps. They are different from any other pump on the market because the casing volute and impeller are completely machined on the outside as well as the inside. Casing imperfections and rough surfaces are eliminated which reduces turbulence and increases efficiency. This gives the user a high-efficiency pump that does not sacrifice wear or longevity. Additionally, Simsite pumps are designed with a split casing and dual volutes, which translates into dependability and lower maintenance costs. No longer do you have to tolerate a pump that was designed to wear. No longer do you have to accept a pump which was designed for a wide range of services. Now, the Simsite pump offers the best of both worlds - it is specifically designed for your requirements and the impeller is engineered so that its diameter is correctly matched to the casing volute.
Better in corrosion—Can take dry starts—Better lubricity—Can take higher temperatures—Will not melt, crack or break—Can take steam—Compatibility with "Soft Sleeves or Shafts"—Self -lubricated with water, salt water, river water, oil, grease & even some chemicals.
Pumping platforms are made of HDPE & Stainless Steel—No flaking or rusting—Longer lasting—Constant temperature underwater which extends motor life—No heating or cooling—No packing glands to replace—No noise or vibration—No bearing replacement—No oil to change—No wet well to clean—Ease of repair in 4 hours or less—No vandalism (locked & out-of-sight)—5 year warranty on HDPE & Stainless Steel parts.
Patented linear fusing process insures a life expectancy on the platform of 50 to 100 years. This is why you choose GPM Pumping Systems...because you only want to do it once!
